Each applicant would be required to fill in a Self-Nomination form. Any organization/entrepreneur/allied sector can apply. Each applicant can apply for one or multiple categories. For authors, the book(s) should have ISBN.

Evaluation

The Board will review books for compliance with eligibility requirements. Board decisions regarding eligibility are final.
